DISPATCH TIMES:

Order before 2:30pm BST Monday to Friday and your order will be processed same day!
Orders placed after 2:30pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, will only be shipped on Monday. UK Pre-12 DPD delivery valid Monday - Thursday. Weekend Pre-12 delivery not guaranteed.
Note: Delivery times may take longer around Bank Holidays & Public Holidays (Christmas, New Year etc).

Damages and issues
If the delivery packaging appears damaged upon delivery, please ensure that you take a photo or video before unpacking the parcel. If you unpack the parcel, please ensure that this is video recorded. If this is not done, it may mean that we are unable to assist further should there be an issue.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your shipping bag is damaged, please record a video before you open the parcel.
Free shipping may excludes the following: Military bases, islands and the Scottish highlands.
EU Shipping
Orders from European countries are sent by one of our trusted partner couriers (DHL/FedEx/La Poste/DPD/Deutsche Post). Orders are shipped via our UK distribution centre and you may incur duties/taxes if the order is over €150. Duties & Tax are included on all orders up to €150 euros.
